"Just bought a 12 rav4 awd. Went to EVERY other Toyota and found Randy to be the most forthright and honest. Also Jose was very fair with the negotiating. This is a good place to buy."

"I just recently bought my first car here, everybody was great. My salesman was Alex and he was very patient with me even though I am a very indecisive person. I hadn't expected to buy a car that day, but I am happy with the service and the car."

"I bought a used 2009 Camry with 15,000 miles for ##### dollars. The interior was perfect but the outside had many dents. The repair men at Autohaus did a Good job for the amount of money I spent on the car. Some of the dents are still visible after the repair but I decided not to spend any extra money for more repairs. It was a great deal for the money and the car runs very well. Randy was our salesman. He was kind and understanding and was able to find us the perfect car."

"This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I needed to buy a car quickly for my mom whose car got stolen. I went into the dealership and everyone was so helpful to find me the best deal for the small budget I had. [] I ended up with a really cute dark blue Matrix that fit my budget perfectly. The team got me in and out of the dealership within an hour with no issues at all. My daughter just turned 16 and I am definitely going back to get her the Prius she is hoping for her birthday. Thank you to all at Northbrook Toyota for making a bad situation much better. You have restored my faith in used car dealerships!"
